陈尔凡教授简介

沈阳化工大学高分子材料研究所所长、国家 2 级教授、博士生导师、国务院政府津贴享受者、省“百千万人才工程”百层次人才、沈阳市优秀专家。辽宁省高分子材料工程技术研究中心主任，辽宁铁岭尔凡橡塑工程技术研究中心技术委员会主任，省教育厅“高分子基复合材料重点实验室”主任，沈阳市先进高分子及其复合材料重点实验室主任，省高等学校“先进高分子基复合材料”创新团队首席科学家，省教育厅对接工业产业集群协同创新基地主任（海城菱镁新材料产业集群、康平塑编及纺织产业集群、铁岭专用车产业集群），沈阳化大高分子材料研发中心有限公司、铁岭尔凡橡塑研发有限公司及南京尔凡塑胶科技有限公司董事长，三橡集团董事。

国家科技部、国资委、国防科工委、国家基金委、国家科技奖励评审委、国家财政部、中国银行业协会、国务院学位及研究生教育办公室、辽宁省、沈阳市技术专家评委。辽宁省细胞生物学学会第一届理事， 沈阳市中级法院知识产权案件咨询员、沈阳经济技术开发区法院人民陪审员。欧盟橡胶协会国际副主席、中国化工学会化工新材料专委会理事、日本化学会会员。

现从事高分子及复合材料相关的教学和研究工作。主持完成 83 项科研工作，其中国家重点自然科学基金及“863”工程各一项、国际合作七项、省重点攻关一项、省自然科学基金二项、省“产学研”二项、省教育厅 17 项。发表学术论文 200 余篇；发明中国专利 38 项。19 项科研成果分获省、部、市科技进步/技术发明奖；曾获“沈阳市十大杰出青年知识分子”、“沈阳市百佳科技能手”、“沈阳市优秀科技工作者”等荣誉称号。21 次应邀赴日本，俄罗斯、保加利亚、希腊、韩国、美国及阿拉伯国家等国讲学，邀请国际学者来华讲学、交流 60 多人次；指导日本及保加利亚访问学者 7 人次（长期工作）。曾及正在铁岭塑料异形材、沈阳聚氨酯、沈阳中船军工制漆有限公司、沈阳亚特运动器材、沈阳第四橡胶厂、曹月亮胶黏剂、丹东德成橡塑、河北精信集团等二十余家企业兼任技术副总、顾问等职；协助建立高分子材料相关企业 30 余家。主要开设课程

研究生：复合材料、高分子进展、共聚合、功能高分子、材料研究方法、科技写作等。本科：高分子化学、科技英语、材料近代分析测试方法、高分子材料导论等。

研究方向

特种橡塑材料及大型制品、“三高”高分子材料、玻璃钢、两亲功能高分子、晶须及纳米复合材料、隐形材料及其复合材料等。

　　高分子及复合材料的研发、剖析、合成、加工及制品的生产。其包括：橡胶、塑料、高分子基复合材料、涂料、粘合剂、功能材料等。

Brief Introduction of Professor Chen Erfan

Professor Chen Erfan serves as Director of the Polymer Materials Research Institute at Shenyang University of Chemical Technology. He is a Second-Class National Professor, Doctoral Supervisor, recipient of Special Government Allowance from the State Council, top-tier talent of Liaoning Provincial Hundred-Thousand-Ten Thousand Talents Project, and Distinguished Expert of Shenyang City. He holds multiple key platform posts: Director of Liaoning Engineering Technology Research Center for Polymer Materials; Director of the Technical Committee for Tieling Erfan Rubber & Plastic Engineering Technology Research Center in Liaoning; Director of the Key Laboratory of Polymer Matrix Composite Materials under Liaoning Provincial Department of Education; Director of Shenyang Key Laboratory for Advanced Polymers and Their Composites; Chief Scientist of the Liaoning Provincial University Innovation Team for Advanced Polymer Matrix Composite Materials; and Director of the Collaborative Innovation Base for Industrial Clusters under Liaoning Provincial Department of Education, covering Haicheng Magnesium New Materials Cluster, Kangping Plastic Weaving & Textile Cluster, and Tieling Special Vehicle Cluster. In enterprise management, he acts as Chairman of Shenyang Huada Polymer Materials R&D Center Co., Ltd., Tieling Erfan Rubber & Plastic R&D Co., Ltd., and Nanjing Erfan Plastic Technology Co., Ltd., as well as a Director of Sanxiang Group.

Academic & Social Part-time Positions

He is an expert reviewer for multiple national and provincial authorities, including the Ministry of Science and Technology, State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, Commission of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense, National Natural Science Foundation of China, National Science and Technology Award Evaluation Committee, Ministry of Finance, China Banking Association, Academic Degrees & Graduate Education Office of the State Council, and government departments of Liaoning Province and Shenyang City. Other social roles: First Director of Liaoning Society for Cell Biology; Intellectual Property Consultant of Shenyang Intermediate People’s Court; People’s Juror of Economic & Technological Development Zone People’s Court of Shenyang. Internationally, he serves as International Vice Chairman of European Rubber Association, Director of New Chemical Materials Committee under Chemical Industry and Engineering Society of China, and Member of The Chemical Society of Japan.

Teaching & Research Work

His research and teaching focus on polymers and composite materials. He has presided over 83 scientific research projects, including one National Key Program of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, one National High-Tech R&D Program (863 Program), seven international cooperation projects, one key provincial research project, two Liaoning Provincial Natural Science Foundation projects, two provincial industry-university-research cooperation projects, and 17 projects funded by Liaoning Provincial Department of Education. He has published more than 200 academic papers and holds 38 Chinese invention patents. Nineteen research achievements have won Provincial, Ministerial and Municipal Awards for Progress in Science and Technology or Technical Invention. His personal honors include Top Ten Outstanding Young Intellectuals of Shenyang, Top Hundred Excellent Scientific and Technical Experts of Shenyang, and Excellent Scientific and Technical Worker of Shenyang. He has been invited to deliver lectures abroad 21 times in Japan, Russia, Bulgaria, Greece, South Korea, the United States, Arab countries and other regions. He has invited over 60 international scholars to China for academic exchanges, and supervised 7 long-term visiting scholars from Japan and Bulgaria. He has served as Deputy Chief Engineer or Technical Consultant for more than 20 enterprises, such as Tieling Plastic Profile manufacturers, Shenyang Polyurethane enterprises, Shenyang CSSC Military Paint Co., Ltd., Shenyang Yate Sports Equipment Co., Ltd., Shenyang No.4 Rubber Factory, Caoyueliang Adhesive Enterprise, Dandong Decheng Rubber & Plastic, Hebei Jingxin Group, etc. He has assisted in establishing over 30 polymer material-related enterprises.

Full-chain R&D, material analysis, synthesis, processing and production of polymers and composite materials, covering rubbers, plastics, polymer matrix composites, coatings, adhesives and various functional materials.
